Nous visitons les régions vinicoles californiennes à chaque année en quête de nouveaux vignobles et d'importations privées exclusives. Vous êtes invité à visiter notre cave à vin avant ou pendant le repas. Vous y trouverez la verticale de Cabernet Sauvignon Réserve de la maison Robert Mondavi, plusieurs vin cultes difficiles à se procurer, soit entre quatre cent et cinq cent différentes étiquettes en tout temps de l'année. Bonne visite! Our wine "mission statement" is to offer our guests the most specialized collection of California wines to be found anywhere in Quebec. We tour the wine regions of California yearly in search of new wineries and exclusive private importations. You are invited to visit the wine cellar before or during dinner and view the vertical collection of Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve wines. Within the three foot thick stone walls, the climate controlled wine cellar is an oasis for many hard to find wines, housing between four and five hundred different labels at any given time of the year.
